2This one is a little out there, but with how may 3 team trades there's been recently, why not? The Yankees in this scenario are still giving up a lot of prospects and pieces for that coveted Luis Castillo, but this doesn't include Gleyber. Instead, including Frazier and Andujar which are both supposedly on the chopping block, they'd have to throw in some other nice pieces to woo the Reds, including Cark Schmidt whose already been tied to this trade, and perhaps a Delvi Garcia, a young pitcher to help reinvigorate the Reds rotation, along with another decent SS prospect in Volpe. The Angels would be getting their ace in Sonny (barring they don't sign Bauer), along with a very young and talented Hinds. They'd be giving up their top prospect in Marsh, but with Trout, Adell, Schwarber, and Upton, among others already crowding the outfield, I don't think losing Marsh would be as detrimental as it may seem at first. Hinds as well is very young with top prospect potential in the future, either as an infielder or an outfielder. And the Reds of course would be getting back a nice haul of both players that can contribute to the team now in Frazier (taking over for Castellanos), Garcia who can develop in that rotation, and Schmidt to help them out in the future rotation along with Lodolo and Greene. On top of that, Marsh would have a starting place in the outfield with Akiyama assumedly not signing an extension in the future, alongside Winker and possibly Senzel.
Just say NO. Need a Stud for Castillo. Not bunch of nice players.
