2The numbers might make it seem like the nationals are overpaying but I think Garrett's value is underestimated, he's been very good over the last couple seasons and he has 3 years of club control. The reds get some good prospects to rebuild with and the nationals are vaulted right back in to title contention.
I would love a trade like this but Rizzo has said he won't trade Rutledge or Cavali which is smart. If there is a way to sub rutledge that would be great. Plus im a Nats fan
