This, might looks like a big over pay for the Fraudres But I think this is a reasnoable return for one of baseball's return for one of baseball relievers. In my opinion this transaction would propel San Diego to NL west supremacy and probably make them the best team. Fraudres fanatics would you give up this much for Hader?

I think the Brewers would laugh hysterically and hang up. They are looking at winning immediately. This trade makes them much, much worse. Hassell is 19 and no help for 4 years if ever. The rest is garbage.

I can respect your opinion on the trade. Sharing your ideas and opinions is what this sites intended for. However, I viehemently disagree with the second sentence of of your fulmination. This Brewers team isn't a real contender at present. The Brewers were below .500 last year, what makes you think they will get better withouut any significant additions.

Yelich bouncing back and Cain returning to the lineup, along with the solid Wong addition. Woodruff and Burnes at the front of the rotation, Hader and Burnes closing things out. I don't think Milwaukee improving on last year's winning percentage is a stretch. The Cardinals look to be better, but the Cubs and Reds are arguably weaker after significant losses in their rotations. Given the deep East and two dominant teams in the West, it'll be a tough go for the Brewers, but I think they'll at least be in the Wild Card conversation.

You make some good points. Your probably right, they should wait till the trade deadline and see how the team looks. If their struggling they should Hader but they could have enough talent to make a run for the playoffs.

I believe IF Strearns/Arnold can pull a rabbit out of the hat and get a good 3B, the Brewers will contend in the weak NL Central. That's why getting the right return for Hader is essential. I think Yelich-Hiura-Narvaez-Garcia will get back to normal with the sticks. Again IF they can get a good 3B and the addition of Wong plus Cain coming back, would be significant additions that would make them contenders. And you're right; sharing ideas and opinions is what this site is all about. Plus it's fun to play GM for your favorite team.
