Simple trade: Dodgers rent Scherzer, with the Nationals paying his entire salary (recall the Dodgers are already over the luxury tax, so this matters some) for a premium prospect who is blocked at his position, which is also a desperate positional need for Washington. I think I know what people will say (and what I would say about this), but I'm curious to see if I'm right.
