Replace Heim with someone else, he's not going to push Sean Murphy out of the starting catcher slot.

Yep, that was my thought exactly. Heim's offense has been terrible -- he's looking like a backup, and the A's can fill that need cheaply elsewhere. Convert Heim into a ML-ready pitcher, and you have a decent trade here. Jung could be a stud, and Foscue looks like a good 2B prospect (although that's not an immediate area of need for the A's -- an OFer or a 2nd pitcher would be better).

The Pirates are starting their rebuild. All three will be gone by the time they are ready to compete. Plus they add a whole bunch of salary, which would never happen.
