Will lulmets metting another season its time for them to make moves that are stupid but they thibk is logical. Eventhough lulmets thing they are good, we can all agree that Degrom deserves better. With this he gets a situation with a team that based off last season looks ready to compete.

I believe the Mets would laugh and quickly hang up. Where would Crawford play for the Mets? He doesn't have anywhere near the power for a 3B and SS is taken. Flexen is a #5 type starter at best. deGrom is one of the best in baseball when healthy. They could trade him for far better pieces than Crawfore/Flexen.

A healthy DeGrom is arguably the best pitcher in major league baseball..bar none.. The Mariners could not do better than him.. His salary is very high, $ 96.5 MM to be incurred over the next three years, however, almost a third is deferred for 15 years (or some amount of time like this), making him a relative and creative bargain.. This is what the deal can be and should made without hesitancy. There are at least two issues that remain: Who will be the M's starting SS..
