I agree with you that leaving him unprotected was a big blow. I was just wondering why Jimenez's value declined so much, even though he a decent minor league year. The official Red Sox reason according to Bloom and Boston media for their decision was because he was too young to last in the MLB for a year. John, I recommended your site to other Red Sox fans.
