I independently came up with the same core trade, but without Seymour, Arroyo, and de la Rosa. I don't think that the Red Sox would part with Arroyo easily, and the Rays might not want to include a prospect like Seymour. But the Meadows for Gonzalez and Jimenez part is robust.
