LAD pays R-rod .7m for 2nd half after he serves suspension for synthetic testosterone. Option for 2m in 2023 w/ .3m buy-out. After Bauer debacle, LAD may want to avoid suspended players but R-rod's violation occurred as free agent. With close supervision and testing he could be a solid mid-RP. Don't trust his performance stats! Expect 30 innings @ 4 ERA.
