4I don't like this for either side. Cleveland would want prospects preferably at least some pitching so they can work their magic. and smith is untouchable.
I will be honest, the Guardians are not willing to pay that price for Smith. They want Smith and would like to get him, just not at the price the Dodgers would want for him.

Crazy, I disagree with you that Cleveland would want prospects. Look at all of the recent trades that Cleveland has made. Every trade had some MLB help going back to Cleveland. They are not in a rebuild. Their farm system is strong.
