6Toro is useless for the Guardians with their infield depth. I don't see Cleveland trading Gimenez.
Josh Naylor is the 1B with Owen Miller as the backup. Cleveland has plenty of infield depth, so Toro is not needed. Gimenez is a solid contender for the all star team at 2B. Winker does not have enough control to fit the needs of the Guardians. Amed Rosario would be available, but not Gimenez.
Amed Rosario is available? I would love to have him join the Mariners. He has a lot of hits, and I think he would be a perfect fit for a team, that is focusing on acquiring young talent.
Okay I updated the trade. Just go back to the trade board, I took your advice and here is a trade involving Amed Rosario
Toro can help as a utility if the Guardians need to rest a starter for a day. Also who even is the Guardians current first basemen? Toro could help cover first base for Cleveland.
Miller and Naylor have been playing 1B... Also Gimenez isn't going anywhere, he was the main person in the Lindor trade and has been one of their only hitters. Cleveland has utility types and plenty more on paper in the minors. The problem is they need actual hitters. Toro has potential but he hasn't proven he can hit MLB pitching. Cleveland has that already in Clement and Miller is an utility guy who hits better than Toro.
