While Mullins would be an improvement for the Brewers, not enough of one to get the Brewers to part with their #s 3 and 5 prospects and Taylor. Plus Mullins is arby eligible. Milwaukee is already inundated with arby guys and have limited finances. Brewers say no thanks.
