There's a recent trade involving Zac Gallen & Ian Anderson. I wouldn't do that trade but it is an interesting idea. So, here's a response trade idea, more of a remix, and with my agenda of the Braves parting with Marcel Ozuna. It's a contract swap between Bumgarner and Ozuna. This fictive trade is assuming that the Diamondbacks see value in Ozuna and frankly, I think Marte's gonna need some protection in the lineup so might as well get a big bat. I'm not all that into West Coast teams because I don't stay up that late to catch many of their games. Therefore, I'm not so knowledgeable about the plan for the future with the D-Backs. But if Ketel Marte's the future and the team's looking to go then Ozuna might match up. It's a heavy bet on Ozuna being worth The trade's a spin on making a Gallen/Anderson trade that I'd do. I like Luplow. I like the Braves. I'd like to have Luplow playing for my favorite team. I like Duvall, but I like Luplow more and someone's gotta go to make room in the OF for this. Maybe we double the cash and the Braves figure out something for Adam Duvall/Rosario DH. That'd be the same difference, right? I think I just don't get what the future plan is for the Diamondbacks.
