I didn't realize how many pitchers I'm sending to Oakland. I forgot about Nate Pearson. Pearson in 2019 had 5-4 record, a 2.40 ERA and 27 walks with 119 strikeouts. He does have an injury problem, but he's 25 years old and I think Oakland could fix him. They've made good pitchers before like Frankie Montas, Sean Manaea and Chris Bassitt. Pearson is a pitcher that Toronto would probably include in a trade that could help them contend this year.

Down vote for Oakland. You're trying to do too much here by including Blackburn. And as for "Fixing" Nate Pearson... you can't fix what can't get on the field. He's on the IL (again) for a lat injury and might not be pitching again until August. At which point he'll probably breakdown again as that's been his track record. And keep in mind teams can't just give each other millions in cash; when big money is involved in trades it's always attached to a guaranteed contract. No one the Blue Jays are sending over has a guaranteed contract worth $2 MM. I'd drop Blackburn and Pearson for a more reasonable framework.

Ok, then. I'm probably doing way too much, you're right. I went way overboard with these trades. Thanks for the feedback I'll try to put less players in trades.
