I feel like the Rockies never has enough pitching and Brecht gives up a lot of walks... I think the Rockies take this deal... Does this help Cleveland though this year?
I think Holverson helps this year and not sure Arias or Brito do. There are options ahead of them even if there are injuries. Brecht throws hard and hoping the pitching factory can help with control, though notably they’ve been better helping add velocity.
Like I am not against the deal, I just do not see Cleveland making this type of move, plus I think the Rockies want to keep Brecht and that pick... Now, i could see a swap for Naylor... But it would be more like Doyle and Halvorsen for Naylor (Plus something possibly)... I just think Brecht and the draft pick, especially with a new regime, that they would keep the prospects...
