4Brewers just hang up. They don't want or need Rafaela. They are loaded with OFs. Houck is a RP. Absolutely nothing near Woodruff's value to Milwaukee.
This would really help the Red Sox, but not Milwaukee. You have to look at what to both teams see as value. It's just not even close to what the Brewers would want for Woodruff if they decide not to extend him.
From a value standpoint it's pretty spot on, but Brewers wouldn't want a package like this. For one, Houck is coming off of back surgery, and while I think he'll be fine, the Brewers won't trade Woodruff for a guy coming off of surgery. Second, if they trade Woodruff it would be because they are doing a rebuild, in which case they would want prospects in return.
Many teams will see/value him as a starter and rafaela legit plays anywhere so your stacked outfield don’t matter
