Yeah, Clase is not going to lose that much value because of a bad start to the season... Cleveland is not trading him at that value period.

Yea, and with $7m in cash it really seems unlikely plus he must be ailing. How do you/fans/team feel/think of Brayan Rocchio defensively?

Patience is wearing thin with the kid... If this keeps up, don't be surprised if he's optioned down, though Bazzana isn't showing he's ready yet and Brito is out for the year essentially with the big league club. Arias is possibly going to be the everyday SS if he keeps up his play... Now, who is at 2B if optioned? Hard to say since Martinez seems to be working his way from taking CF from the injured Thomas and we don't have any MIF that's ready bat wise in Columbus to be called up to the bigs.

@jonbitzer Isaiah Greene was cut by Cleveland. C Robert Lopez is likely to be cut this season, he's not a prospect in Cleveland, he's a backup at low A behind Bennett and Clark (when he's back). Rodney Boone (Who you guys took off Cleveland's list) is the same ranking as Ryan Webb. Herrin's value is way too low... He's been one of the best left handed relievers in all of baseball... Cody Huff is Cleveland's 3rd catcher, why he was taken off is beyond me... Cozart is rated to high, Messick is too low (he's jumping soon cause of his off season work), and an inside scoop, Magnus Ellerts is a guy who will be likely in Cleveland's bullpen in two years...

Greene has been updated, thanks. We don't typically take players off of team's lists. Boone and Huff are not in our model. Herrin's peripherals are not as good as his surface stats, which is why his value his lower than you might expect.

Boone, Huff and Davenport were all taken off your list from last season... You added Huff when the Quantrill trade happened, but all three of those guys got taken off between an update last season and an update this off season. I look at the list every single time you update, and I noticed in the past some players coming off that shouldn't have, which i did mention. Also, keeping a C who is about to be a free agent at the end of the year that is a back up at A ball makes little sense over the guy who was on your list and is Cleveland's 3rd catcher.... Plus i know Herrin's xERA and whatnot aren't as good as his regular numbers, but he's still towards the top as a left handed reliever. He's got the top curveball in baseball just about...

Sorry, but we can find no evidence of any of those guys ever being in our model or on our site, so I wonder if you're referring to a different site? We don't remove players from our model once they're in. If they change teams or get released, we update those statuses, but they're still in our database. There's none of that here. Similarly, we don't evaluate prospects. We source that from public evaluators, so if they're on those lists, they're on ours. We don't just randomly decide to take players on or off. As for Herrin, we're not going to subjectively change his value. That's all model-driven.
