🤔👀 Phillies move Harper to the Outfield, Aranda takes over at 1B, Rays get prospects.
I don't see the benefit to the Rays from this trade. Aranda has been a key part of the Rays' system for the past few years and now that he has graduated to the Majors and is everything the Rays could have dreamed of, you want the Rays to trade him for far-off prospects and create a hole at 1B/DH. That's just not going to happen.
The Rays counter offer with Mead instead of Aranda lol
