2TB just signed Rasmussen to an extention this offseason so I doubt they would move him and honestly this isn't a package they'd seek IMO

Also, his BTV trade value is based on him being a reliever just returned from an internal brace procedure, and not one of the best starting pitchers in baseball. Rays aren’t trading him for $22MM trade value.
