This trade looks good on its face but I don’t think it’s a good fit for the Rays because the strength of the Rays system is infielders. They have former #1 prospect Junior Caminero at 3B, current top 10 SS prospect Carson Williams in AAA (and HSK under contract for the next 2 years as the highest paid Ray), current top 100 2B/3B prospect Brayden Taylor in AA (and B.Lowe under contract for the next 2 years), and to many 1B/DH prospects to mention. Systems always need depth of course, but the Rays have that too. What they really need is a top catching prospect, more outfielders and pitching (always need pitching).
