This trade should work for the Rays given Ritchie's upside, even with the delay in reaching the Majors caused by his TJS.
I would love this trade cause I'm a huge Montgomery fan, I think he's an under the radar prospect that will break out the next couple of years, at this point i would be really shocked if Litell brought back a player like Ritchie though.
