This is a Take-Out-The-Trash deal for San Diego, and one the Rays will have no interest in. Brito is an average reliever who is on the 60 day for forearm stress (TJS?). Rays have no interest. Mears is a nothing prospect. An outfielder who can’t hit 100 wRC+ in the minors isn’t going to be of interest annyone. Campusano is a bad catcher who can’t stick in the Majors. Again, no interest.
