1Rays have better internal options than Canzone for their 5th outfield spot (see Misner and Magnum), and Izzi isn't a needle mover. Rays would prefer to keep Seymour, who has dominated in the upper minors and might get SP opportunities with the Rays this year despite not having the best stuff. His trade value does not reflect his value to the Rays, whereas Canzone and Izzi are what they are and not worth Seymour.
