We place more value on Connor Preilipp than most and think he still has potential to be a top of the rotation arm or lights out closer at the very least. And we can not in good faith give up our draft pick this year for Ryan Mountcastle, even though it’s clear to us that we have a big hole at first base. If there are any other prospects you’re interested in let us know, but this is unfortunately a non starter for us.
