Strong package for the Rays closer (who is a declining player at this point and someone the Rays might be willing to trade before the Deadline) and Montgomery (a young stud the Rays have no interest trading). As good as the offer is, Montgomery’s upside is off the charts and I can’t see the Rays parting with him. He’s basically unhittable.
