At this price, Cubs would get Arenado at 3/31. He projects to be worth 6.7 fWAR over the next three years, so 3/31 would be a bargain. I think Jed should jump on the opportunity to add a future HOFer with plenty of gas left in the tank. Can’t say I’m not spooked by Shaw’s oblique issue.
