I know the Sox won't trade Mayer, but here is my thought.... Braves get their long term SS of the future (replacing Arcia next year) and a super utility guy in Rafaela (who can play 6 positions and can be late inning defensive replacement for Profar). The sox open up an OF spot for Anthony...... and assuming IF, big IF, Story can actually stay on the field.... he can hold down SS until Arias is ready (he seems like the next big prospect to watch and may be the best defensive SS in their system now). Baldwin, who seems blocked in ATL, becomes catcher of the future and 3 arms to work with (I would make Lara a RP only.... to take advantage of his 2 dominate pitches)

I'm not opposed to moving Mayer, there will be others to cover SS in Boston. Might need a 3rd team because Smith Shawver creates a jam at SP. Move Crawford/Houck out, though not sure for what besides good prospects.
