$4.5 million for Brasier is probably more than the Rays would be interested in paying. Plus, the Rays' pen is already pretty good and filled with too many Out of Option Guys already. I don't see a fit.

Went with Rays because their bullpen was 23rd in fWar. Seemed like a team looking for a upgrade and Dodgers/Rays are natural trade partners
The Pen got a lot better last year when they cut loose several veterans in favor of young guys like Uceta, Montgomery, and Rodriguez. If you base your search on post Deadline performance (ie: after July 31st), the Rays had the 8th best Pen by fWAR (4th best by ERA).
