It is his second torn labrum, but since he opted for the surgery I put less stock into it, and he bounced back from the first one on his left shoulder really well. The Red Sox don't have a bright future in the catching position, but have an excess of outfielders. Wilyer could help out the brewers in his sophomore season and improve their outfield overall.

I'm not sure they need another guy to compete for the backup catcher role. The high upside of Quero is more attractive to me than adding another depth piece, since they have already made similar moves
