1from Cardinals view, trade away around $30M salary, open lineup for younger group. Nunez likely to earn spot in bullpen. Accepting Marte as useful with some salary offset meaning STL saves around $10M Marte at 36 still could provide help to Cardinals as RH bat. Release him after season or trade him at deadline. from Mets viewpoint, Mets are win now. Arenado goes to 3B and chain reaction from there. Nunez could be useful 'pen piece but they can survive. Maricio is the wild card. Boom or bust. let STL worry. Fedde helps rotation greatly.
