2Guardians are unlikely to do it. But they do have a surplus of bullpen arms. Mauricio could be valuable until Bazzana is ready, and then he could still see time at other positions. A future OF of Kwan, Gilbert, and DeLauter could be fun.
Like the idea at least has merit... Problem is with Cleveland's full 40 man roster, they would have to make a one or two more trades to make this work... Mauricio and Gilbert just are guys Cleveland essentially has already... I don't mind the pitchers for Cleveland though... I think the concept for sure works IF Clase was to be traded but Gilbert and Mauricio don't sway the deal enough to actually get Cleveland to bite... Ps. Thanks for actually putting up a reasonable deal on paper
