Anybody know if the Phillies have an alternative to Sosa as their utility/backup infielder? I'd love to hear from any Phillies fans about whether they think their front office would be willing to deal him, and whether the 2.5M surplus value number is fair.

Yeah Phillies need Sosa. Especially if Stott doesn't bounce back. No MLB ready guys in the organization that can fill that role, other than maybe Weston Wilson. They definitely value him more than this site.
