Hard to see the Marlins having any interest in this. They are 3-5 years away from competing, so major league talent won’t interest them. As for the Rays, I’d give this trade a “it’s possible” vote. The pick is nice, Meyer has the stuff but little control (ie: exactly who the Rays have been targeting in recent trades) while the other two pieces won’t interest the Rays at all and should be consolidated into one better player.
