3Down vote for the A's. I'm not seeing the upside here, Schneider K's a lot and isn't a defensive upgrade in the infield.

Well, what's the appeal of Schneider? I get Kirk over Langeliers in the short term but given how weak the Catcher market is this year and looks to be next year... I give 4 years of Langeliers an overall edge against 2 years of Kirk, so Toronto needs to add talent before the A's do.
