Rays say no. Even if the Rays were willing to trade Rort, and I don't think they are, they probably wouldn't want Diaz, who has seen his FB velocity drop each of the past 3 years and is now down 2 MPH overall (with his results following the drop in velo). Rays have a good Pen too.
