I doubt the Rays do this trade. They don't normally trade for guys in arbitration and they have a pretty good Pen as is. The bigger concern is Diaz himself. He has seen his FB velocity drop each of the past 2 years (for a total of 2 MPH) and his dominance is a thing of the past. Kind of makes me wonder if he's dealing with some form of arm related issue that will require surgery eventually.
