This makes no sense... Cleveland traded Gimenez to make space for their depth at 2B... They need Nikhazy way more than Walls...
LOL... You mean they traded Gimenez to get out from a bad contract.
Actually IF they couldn't have gotten that type of return, they wouldn't have traded Gimenez and they actually have 6 players on their current 40 man roster who can play 2B and then have Bazzana coming up in the next year or so... They aren't trading a legit SP prospect for a 2B like Walls who quite frankly wouldn't even make their 40 man roster... Weird as it sounds, they would have kept Gimenez IF they didn't get the Ortiz plus some return...
