3You can’t include cash when trading minor leaguers and prearb players (for the most part). As for the rest of the trade, Rays may be interested in Wesneski due to their special circumstances next year (lots of rain delays requiring lots of relievers who can go 2-4 innings), but Howard’s bat is so bad he won’t ever make the Majors and McCullough missed most of 2024 for an undisclosed injury. That’s not a trade return that will land Lowe and Fairbanks.
I know we're poor but not like poor enough you just throw money to buy our players, at least not yet, maybe after 2025 TB the team will be lol
And if TB was selling players, you would think they’d at least get fair value (ie: $13.5MM cash).
