This would be an awesome trade for the Rays. Both Ryan and Jang have crazy high upside.

Yea and sadly the Dodgers wouldn't even miss them, their pitching depth is so insane, plus if I was TB I would trade any of their 1 inning relievers they can and focus on a little league style of guys that can go 2-3 innings this year, like a collection of McHughs and Rasmussens for the rainy season, a guy like Casparius would probably be good for that role too
I honestly don't care about 2025. They can trot out a rotation with Lopez and Rock for all I care. I've already moved on to the 2026 team.
