Rays say no. Rays have too many defensively challenged players to take on Noel, and Humphries doesn't really add much to a system that is teaming with better pitching. Humphries would be fine in a trade that has a better headliner though.

I feel like Cleveland would make an offer for Lowe... Who would you want?

The Rays outfield situation is bleak, so Chourio would be my first choice of a headliner, followed by Kayfus. After them, pitching, pitching and more pitching. Or a swap of 2B - B.Lowe for Bazzana straight up. (Kidding… just kidding … unless you’re good with that trade)

Hmm... Chourio is a definite no from Cleveland... Rays would have to add in prospect(s) at his price point. They never come down on their prices... Plus how they rank prospects on here, is a bit off compared to how Cleveland would value their prospects, so it's hard to make a good trade at times... Kayfus and Bazzana are both extremely unlikely to be dealt... Kayfus is likely Naylor's successor at 1B...

Yeah, Chourio would cost more than B.Lowe, but he's the type of prospect the Rays need (and should hold out for). When I look at the production teams get from 2B, it makes me realize just how valuable Lowe is, even with the injury concerns. He provides more production in 2/3 a season than the majority of teams get from the position all year (and in most cases, Lowe provides significantly more production). Cleveland does not fall into this category, as it got 2.8 fWAR from 2B last year, but with only 83 wRC+. So if Cleveland wants more offense from the position, I could see the appeal (or if Cleveland just wants another big bat lefty stick who can play 1B, 2B and DH).
