This would be a shocking trade. Rays should have a good Pen next year regardless and they are in cost-cutting mode, so adding an expensive reliever seems counterproductive from both sides. Plus, they just traded Siri and Simpson could be their future at CF. Hard to see them trading Simpson right now.
