I think Denzel Clarke's value is going to pop this winter. Down vote for the A's.
Alexander and Poche can be nontendered. They aren’t under contract. This trade makes no sense for the Rays, unless Clarke is a truly legit prospect.
He is. Which is why the Rays can't have him!
We'll see. He spent all of 2023 and 2024 in AA and he actually did worse in 2024 than he did in 2023. Plus, his K rate stayed at 30%, which ain't good. Now, I understand he's pretty good in the field and he did hit solidly above average at the plate. Maybe he would interest the Rays...
