No offense but why would TB do this deal? They are rebuilding so trading 4 high ranking prospects for a bunch of spare parts they wouldn't need anyhow doesn't really make any sense for them, I could see prospects for prospects cause I think they could match up there.

Thank you for your comment and civility. I thought TB was much closer to contention. I read a couple of articles that stated TB needed: offence, need at least one, maybe even two impact bats. The bullpen needs major upgrades, mid level SP, LF, utility guy that can play 1B in a pinch. I meant no offence. Thanks for the feedback, it gives me food for thought.

Oh no problem, in a perfect world with the starters they have right now you would think reload and go but they still don't know where they'll play 2025 at and they lost their cable deal plus have a super cheap owner so they'll probably shed a lot of payroll this winter, I think they'll still try to "compete" but it'll be with like a $50M payroll with eyes towards 2028 season the first year in the new stadium, but they've gotten together on prospects/young player deals before like the Arozarena deal and you guys have a lot of young catching and outfield depth and that's areas which TB is weak at and TB isn't afraid to trade young players.
