4I put George on here cause Ching-Hsein Ko wasn't listed on this site but it would be Ko included in the trade not George.
I would steer clear of Frasso. He ended the season on the 60 day because of a shoulder injury. Shoulder injuries scare me. As for the rest of the trade, I give it a shoulder shrug. Feduccia is a fine target for the Rays at catcher, but he’s a bad fit in 2025 because he’s a lefty (as are the Rays current top 2 catcher options - Rort and Driscoll). Ko is a fine outfield prospect (not a star though) but he’s young and shouldn’t have more than $3-5MM in value, which makes the trade value disparity grow. Casparious is just AAA depth.

I forgot Frasso's surgery was shoulder, I like Casparius cause I see him in a fireman role like how Rasmussen did at the end of the season, like how McHugh was, he just needs better control and a change up and TB does well with those things, not counting 2025 I see Feduccia the better long term option of the 3 lefties to team with Keegan going into 2026 with Driscoll as the 3rd catcher, he gets great reviews from pitchers working with him is what has been said that kept Jackson on the roster for so long, i like Ko cause it seems like a lot of those younger guys develop to exceed expectations, he's got size so he could develop some good power and he's already has the hit tool
Like I said - shoulder shrug. 😜. Feduccia works for the Rays given his defense. I don’t think he’s an Option A catcher though. His handedness complicates 2025, but everything about 2025 is going to be complicated. Casparius’ value is low enough that he’s a fine throw in. Just need to replace Frasso with a $7-10MM replacement.
