Down vote for the A's. Manning is a back-end SP at best and the A's are well stocked with options to fill those roles. Jace Jung is tempting but it would mean giving up on Zach Gelof because I don't think either one can stick at 3B. Subtracting Rooker and by necessity Gelof leaves the A's without much in the way of RH bats.
