6The Athletics play Hamilton in CF during spring training and he wins the job
Down vote for the A's. They aren't trading Estes for a CF experiment.
Hmmm….Here’s another way to look at it…Should the Red Sox trade a MLB utility player for a SP experiment?
Well, if the Red Sox want more pitching... yeah! Because Hamilton has almost as much experience on the mound as he does in CF.
If Hamilton doesn’t go down with a left index finger fracture at the end of August he probably would of contended for rookie of the year along with Rafaela.
I like Hamilton. But the A's need help at 3B and CF and Hamilton has minimal experience at those positions.
