Because he's always been a reliever... He didn't even start much in college. Actually quite frankly, he wasn't even good in the minors, but it started to click and Cleveland's development system got his live arm to throw strikes and the rest is history... ps. Sandlin's ranking is a joke... He was almost perfect until he got a back injury...
