This is a good starting point for negotiations, but if the Dodgers want to fix many of their problems with one stop shopping, they'll need to improve their offer. Sheehan needs to come out because he's too risky with the elbow surgery he just had. Replace him with J.Vargas and I think the Rays will like this trade a lot more. Maybe swap out Gelof for Kopp too, as I think the Rays would prefer 2 pitchers in a deal this size. That said, the Rays are very unlikely to trade three top trade chips for 5 prospects in return. That's not how they typically operate, particularly with so many in this trade being in the low minors (after the change from Sheehan is made).
