1I think the Brewers would do this with some minor changes. Suarez is a good start. Sands is older for a rookie, but has some value as a backup catcher. McGarry has to learn some control before he'll be ready for the big leagues. Abel would be in AA and learning his craft. Hall is a weak hitting 1B and Rojas isn't wanted because he's another outfielder. Swap Rojas/Hall for Beletti and cash.
