Rays need to rebuild their Pen with some velo guys. Adam helps the Astros in the Playoff Run and for a few years after. Rays get a couple young arms with plus plus FBs. I tried to figure out a way to send Yandy Diaz to Houston, but I don't love the idea of adding Cole or Loperfido to the Rays and they seemed like the most likely trade capital for the Astros.

They might. He's got some impressive pitches. Of course, that's why the Rays are willing to trade Adam to them.
